An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 31, 2019
Everyone is welcome regardless of beliefs to these drop-in classes. Classes include teachings on mindfulness and meditation as well as practice sessions, mainly calm abiding meditation, which enables us to find more space, peace and calmness in our mind. The meditation sessions are a bit longer than on beginners classes.
