Winter Retreat: Personal Retreats

An event every year that begins at 6:00am on of December, repeating until January 31, 2018
Due to the positive feedback from the last year’s retreat, the Centre is arranging again a two month winter retreat period (December – January) when the facilities of the Centre are dedicated for personal retreats. You can do any practice of your own, but you are kindly requested to follow the daily schedule of 4 practice sessions and the set breaks (please see below). The retreat participants are requested to observe silence during the days until 6pm, and after that it is up to personal preference if they wish to continue. Resident teacher is available for practice advice during those two months.
HOW LONG RETREAT CAN YOU DO?
The rooms can be booked from 1 week up to two months. We don’t take shorter than one week bookings.

8am-10am Breakfast/ shower break
12pm-2pm Lunch break
4pm-4.30pm Tea Break
6pm onwards Dinner break
10pm Sleeping /
Suggested donation: £10 / retreat day or with 3 meals / day £20
