We have quite an active presence on Facebook, and we try to post updates and events to our page. You can find the link to our Facebook page below. If you wish to engage with the community online, we also have a private Palpung Wales Friends group in Facebook where you can post inspirational Dharma topics and have discussions with others.

To keep up to date with the events at the Centre, please sign up to the monthly newsletter. It includes events and online links as well as links to sign up for the courses & retreats. There are also updates of what has happened at the Centre, and information regarding any upcoming projects or other Dharma related events.
